We used these marinades over a period of a few BBQs, and found they were great.
I have also used them as bases in stirfrys (the asian ones) and they added a fabulous flavour.
I have subsequently purchased these in my shopping to take use on meat to take to BBQs and have asked what marinade/flavour I have used.
